Our application process is easy and completed all online. To ensure your application is processed in a timely manner please have all documents ready to upload at time of application.

- 600 Credit score or Above (if credit score is between 550-599 Security Deposit = 2x the Rent). Credit score below 549 is an automatic decline please do not apply.
- Minimum Age requirement is 21 for all adult occupants does not apply towards dependents.
- No previous evictions, landlord disputes, or judgements.
- No criminal background history for all occupants.
- No Section 8
- No Co-Signers
- 1 Years continuous employment (can be with multiple employers just no gap in employment).
- Must provide most recent years W2.
- 3 most recent pay stubs.
- Must be fully employed with an employer not Temporary Agency income considered until permanent.
- Must provide an awards or employment letter for any new jobs.
- Must earn 3x the rent (Example: if rent is $800 you must earn $2,400 Gross before taxes per month)
- Valid ID
